Noble Studios Launches Yosemite.com

Noble Studios has completed work on the redesign and launch of Yosemite.com, the newly-reimagined website for the Yosemite/Mariposa County Tourism Bureau.

Noble’s goal with the site was not only to create a beautiful user experience, but enhance visibility to search engines, ultimately driving more visitors to Mariposa County’s business stakeholders.

Featuring an improved user experience through simplified navigation and bold imagery of the iconic park, the site is now responsive across all device types, making it more accessible to the park’s millions of potential visitors. A revamped “Things to Do” section guides visitors to upcoming festivals and events, while the “Places to Stay” section now allows visitors to sort by type of lodging, region and budget. There’s even a pet-friendly search filter for those who want to experience the great outdoors with their pups.

“Yosemite has such a diversity of lodging and travel experiences to allow visitors to experience the majesty of this historic National Park,” said Noble Chief Marketing Officer Michael Thomas. “The park offers a true four-season experience. Our goal is to push the experiences in the shoulder seasons to increase visitation and overall allow for more people to soak in this natural treasure.”

Noble, which recently unveiled the redesign of YosemiteExperience.com, has merged the two websites together to create a single comprehensive visitor experience.

The website’s launch also corresponds with a visit from President Barack Obama later this week, the first presidential visit to the iconic national park since John F. Kennedy in 1962.

According to the National Park Service, more than 4 million people visit Yosemite each year, with the number having risen steadily each of the past three years.
