Human Resources Executive Takes New Job at Noble Studios

Noble Studios’ executive team announces the hire of Sharon Sperry as talent and organization director. Sperry will oversee a broad range of human resources – recruiting, training and development, and employee engagement and retention. She will also work closely with the executive team to formulate best operational practices.

Previously, Sperry owned and operated AlpenglowHR, a human resources consultancy in Incline Village, Nev. As principal, she has helped talent-focused organizations leverage strategic HR to achieve results with and through their people. Sperry developed foundation in HR working for Microsoft for more than seven years as well as PeopleSoft, Portal Software and PwC.

Sperry is passionate about sharing knowledge and empowering business owners. She volunteers as a board member for Project Mana, a workshop facilitator for Girl Scouts of the Sierra Nevada and a mentor for EDAWN’s Summit Venture Mentoring Service (VMS). She is also an associate with Emergenetics International.

Sperry earned her bachelor’s degree in I/O psychology and business from the California State University, East Bay. She certified in Strategic Workforce Planning and as a Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) by the Human Capital Institute. She is also a Six Sigma Green Belt certified course leader and an Emergenetics facilitator.
